No work will proceed without customer approval.
Appointment times are estimates and may be affected by weather, traffic, vehicle condition, or unforeseen circumstances.
Customers are required to provide reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Failure to provide access to the vehicle at the agreed time may result in rescheduling or additional charges.
Prime Auto Glass provides a workmanship guarantee on repairs and installations, subject to the following:
The guarantee applies only to work performed by the Company
It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, vandalism, or subsequent repairs by third parties
Glass breakage due to external impact after installation is not covered
Guarantee claims must be reported within a reasonable time period.
The customer agrees to:
Provide accurate and complete information regarding the vehicle and damage
Ensure the vehicle is accessible and safe to work on
Follow all post-installation care instructions, including curing times
Failure to comply may void warranties or guarantees.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Prime Auto Glass shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Liability is limited to the value of the service provided
The Company shall not be held liable for pre-existing vehicle damage or faults not related to the service rendered
Nothing in these Terms limits rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
